Senior Commercial Manager - Fit-Out | Qatar - Local HireElegancia Fit-out is looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our team in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

Proven experience managing the commercial aspects of large-scale fit-out and interior contracting projects from pre-contract to project close-out.Lead all commercial and contractual activities for fit-out projects.Manage cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Oversee procurement, subcontract administration, and contract negotiations.Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and final accounts.Ensure compliance with contract terms and company commercial procedures.Identify commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies.Support project teams in achieving budget and profitability targets.Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders on commercial matters.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.Minimum 10+ years of commercial management experience, with significant exposure to fit-out/interior projects.Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims, variations, and cost management.Experience managing large-scale commercial and high-end fit-out projects.Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.GCC experience is a must
