Subcontract AdministratorWe are seeking Subcontract Administrators to manage and administer subcontracts.

Requirements

· 5–10 years of experience in subcontract administration/management.· Experience with Buildings projects; MEP experience is highly preferred.· Strong knowledge of subcontract management, administration, variations, claims, and payments.· Candidates should have a hands-on subcontract management background· Working knowledge of FIDIC and/or GTPL (KSA) contract forms· Sector type: (residential, giga project)· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying (QS), or a related field__________________________________________________________________________________________________Senior Commercial Manager / Commercial Control ManagerWe are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager / Commercial Control Manager to lead the commercial team.

Requirements

· Minimum 20 years of experience in commercial/contract management.· Strong Contractor background with international construction companies.· Extensive experience in Buildings projects; MEP experience is highly preferred.· Strong expertise in Contracts, QS, Prime Contract Administration, Subcontractor Management, Planning, Variations, Claims, and Cost Control.· Proven ability to lead and manage commercial teams on large-scale projects.· Experience with FIDIC and GTPL contract forms, including EOT/claims substantiation and dispute resolution· Professional accreditation preferred (MRICS, CIOB, or equivalent)· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
