Department: OperationsJob PurposeTo plan, direct, and coordinate collection activities across company-associated branches, supporting sales while protecting receivables and accelerating the collection cycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute collection strategies based on customer profiles and LOB.Monitor delinquent accounts and escalate cases to the VP – Commercial for approval and further action with Legal.Monitor receivables ageing, follow up on overdue payments, and improve cash flow and DSO.Provide accurate SOAs, payment reminders, and regular follow-ups with clients through calls, emails, letters, and visits.Identify early warning signs of default, assess credit risk, and classify clients as Regular, Irregular, or Critical.Calculate bad debt reserves and estimate uncollectible receivables, communicating findings to the VP – Commercial.Manage customer disputes and coordinate with the VP – Commercial, Legal, and Operations for appropriate action.Support payment settlement negotiations and coordinate online payment transfers and invoice allocations.Monitor bounced cheques and coordinate with Legal for further recovery action.Prepare daily collection reports, call logs, KPI reports, and periodic collection forecasts.Provide collection-related inputs and support internal and external audits under the guidance of the VP – Commercial.Classify clients by sector, including Government, Private Companies, and Banking.Assist with Third-Party Liability Insurance renewals and arrange new insurance as required.Coordinate with AG Group for insurance claim submissions.Computer SkillsMS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.Skills & CompetenciesKnowledge of credit and collection policies and legal debt recovery processes.Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Good command of written and spoken English.Experience5–8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.KPIsDevelop and implement commercial plans and strategies.Conduct market research and analyze threats and opportunities.Implement customer and supplier acquisition strategies.Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service.Establish and manage long-term stakeholder relationships.Manage and track expenditures, financial goals, and budgets.Working HoursWorking hours will be aligned with the client’s UAE/Gulf region operational requirements.Why This Opportunity?Gain international exposure by supporting workforce deployment across the UAE and wider Gulf region, while developing valuable experience in resource planning, workforce optimization, and regional operations.
