📢 We’re Hiring: Payroll & Compensation and Benefits SpecialistWe are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits.Key Responsibilities and Requirements:Payroll processing and accurate salary calculations.Leave balance and employee entitlement calculations.End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB) calculations and settlements.Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, particularly regulations related to payroll, salaries, leave, deductions, and employee entitlements.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including large datasets, formulas, reconciliations, and reporting.Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.Previous experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits is essential.
