KPay Group (KPay) is a leading fintech company dedicated to empowering businesses of all sizes with simple, smart, seamless and secure technology solutions.Serving over 95,000 merchants across Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, KPay is building a one-stop platform to support merchants in financial management, business operations and digital transformation across the Asia Pacific, unlocking new growth potential for businesses.(Senior) Compliance AnalystLocation: Hong KongWe are seeking a Compliance Analyst to support and strengthen our compliance framework across global collection accounts, cross-border remittance, card solutions, and related financial services (including AP/AR, expense management, reconciliation, and lending).This is a hands-on role focused on client onboarding, ongoing transaction monitoring, audit management, and supporting banking and client partnership requirements. You will also play an active part in continuously improving internal processes — using both technology and practical manual refinements — to maximise straight-through processing and operational efficiency.What You Will Do:Lead and execute client onboarding processes, including KYC/KYB reviews, risk assessments, and ongoing due diligence for new and existing clients.Conduct and oversee transaction monitoring, investigating alerts, escalating suspicious activity, and ensuring timely and accurate case resolution.Manage internal and external audits, including preparation of documentation, coordination with auditors, tracking findings, and driving remediation actions to completion.Support banking and client partnership requirements by preparing compliance documentation, responding to partner due diligence requests, and maintaining strong working relationships with banking partners and key clients on compliance matters.Identify opportunities to optimise internal operational flows. Apply creativity in combining technology solutions and practical manual process improvements to increase straight-through processing rates and reduce unnecessary friction or rework.Monitor regulatory developments relevant to payments, remittance, cards, and related services, and help translate changes into practical process or control updates.Collaborate closely with Business Development, Product, Operations, and Legal teams to balance compliance requirements with commercial and operational needs.Maintain accurate records, prepare compliance reports, and contribute to the continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and controls.Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on compliance processes and expectations where needed.What We Look For:Proven track record in compliance roles within payments, fintech, banking, or financial services, with direct experience in: Client onboarding (KYC/KYB), Transaction monitoring and alert investigation, Audit management (internal and/or external)Supporting banking relationships and client partnership compliance requirementsStrong working knowledge of AML, CTF, sanctions, and related regulatory frameworks applicable to cross-border payments and financial services.Creative and practical mindset toward process improvement — able to identify bottlenecks and design smarter operational flows via technology and/or refined manual steps that increase straight-through processing while maintaining robust controls.Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work under time pressure.Clear communication skills — able to explain compliance requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to interact effectively with banking partners and clients.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.High integrity and sound judgment in handling sensitive information and risk decisions.Familiar with multi-product financial platforms including collection accounts, remittance and card programmes. Previous involvement in regulatory examinations or partner bank audits.Experience contributing to process automation, workflow tools, or operational efficiency initiatives.
