They are searching for a talented Senior Compliance Analyst to join their Control Room Compliance team. This crucial role within the EMEA Control Room is not just about maintaining information barriers; it’s about proactively managing material non-public information (MNPI), overseeing the Watch and Restricted Lists, and ensuring rigorous compliance with UK Takeover Code disclosures.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and manage information barriers and conflicts of interest across the businessMaintain and update the Watch and Restricted ListsReview institutional research and internal communicationsContribute to regulatory and legal change initiativesParticipate in global Control Room projects and risk governance forumsLiaise regularly with stakeholders across Compliance, Risk and Business unitsExperience Required:Experience in compliance, control room, or regulatory roles within financial servicesUnderstanding of investment banking and global markets productsStrong analytical skills with excellent attention to detailConfident communicator with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesTeam-oriented, collaborative and proactive mindsetThis opportunity offers extensive exposure to compliance within a global banking environment, providing significant development potential for the right candidate.Interested in hearing more?
