Senior Compliance Analyst, Hedge Fund

Our client are a Global, multi-strategy hedge fund manager with European teams in Paris and London. Their Paris office is centrally located in the 8eme arrondissement and within easy transport links. This an immersive and rewarding role, which will involve oversight for compliance activity for their French institutional client activity. You will have regular interaction with both the AMF in France and occasionally the FCA in the UK on compliance policy matters, specific to alternative asset management firms (in co ordination with UK counterparts). A business proficiency in French and English is essential. Roles and ResponsibilitiesDraft compliance policy documents for internal circulation and external publication Help maintain a regulatory compliance framework Provide regular compliance advice to fund managers, sales and distribution teams Assist with the preparation of risk presentations and case studies of incidentsKey skills and experience required are:Education: Bac+5 in law, audit, finance or any other relevant diploma5+ years’ experience in Regulatory Compliance within alternative asset management or asset management Languages: Business proficiency in French and English Excellent written and verbal communication skillssimon.bradbury@rolyrecruitment.com
