Senior Compliance Business Partner – Consumer Credit

We are working with a Consumer Credit business who are looking to add a Senior Compliance Business Partner to their team. The role will support the Head of Compliance and play a key part in enhancing the firm’s compliance framework. This opportunity would suit someone with strong regulatory knowledge within a consumer credit compliance environment. This role can be remote role with some travel to Sheffield required.Duties & Experience required include:Lead on compliance monitoring to ensure delivery of the annual compliance monitoring plan – designing, establishing, and implementing a monitoring framework proportionate to the businessSupport and/lead on AML/Financial crime related tasked e.g. firm wide risk assessment, establishing controls, PEP processes, SAR investigationsDraft, review and/or establish compliance and/or financial crime policies, procedures and frameworks in line with FCA requirementsSupport training and awareness initiatives to embed a strong culture of complianceCollaborate with the wider business to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into business processesProven compliance experience, within consumer credit financial services sectorKnowledge of FCA regulations with strong understanding of consumer protection requirements, CONC, Consumer Duty and SMCRStrong ability to meet deliverables and own responsibilities and tasks without significant oversightUnless otherwise stated, candidates must have the right to work in the UK.The CLARC Guarantee - we 100% guarantee that your CV will never be sent to a client without your prior expressed permission so all of your details are totally secure with us.
