Senior Compliance Consultant – Digital Finance

We are recruiting for a well-established regulatory compliance consultancy firm looking to recruit a Compliance Consultant to join their business, focusing on Digital Finance clients.Candidates will have Compliance experience gained in payments, e-money, crypto-assets, professional compliance services or regulatory services.

Job Requirements

Own and develop a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring consistently high service standardsDeliver against contractual scope and FCA regulatory obligations, including compliance monitoring reviews and formal reportingSupport clients on FCA periodic returns, authorisation applications, permission variations, and changes of control or legal statusAct as Subject Matter Leader on designated topics — providing technical guidance, identifying commercial opportunities, and shaping consulting methodologyProduce compliance documentation, regulatory updates, and thought leadership content for clients and the wider marketResearch technical issues and share outputs with colleagues and clients as directedEnsure all client-facing materials use approved, current versionsUnless otherwise stated, candidates must have the right to work in the UK.The CLARC Guarantee – we 100% guarantee that your CV will never be sent to a client without your prior expressed permission so all of your details are totally secure with us.
