Senior Compliance Controller

Work-life balance, beginner’s mind, and community involvement are our identity, our foundations, and our culture.What you need to join us:Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Compliance, or Risk.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Internal Controls, Risk, or a related field.Strong knowledge of banking regulations and European regulatory frameworks, including MiFID and Market Abuse Regulation.Experience with end-to-end compliance testing, including procedure reviews, test design, Level 1 control quality assurance, and independent testing.Ability to identify compliance issues, lead remediation plans, escalate risks, and improve control processes.Strong analytical, report-writing, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a high level of autonomy and attention to detail.Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI.C1/C2 English proficiency.What we have to offer:- Personalised Talent Management.
