Senior Compliance ManagerLondon | Hybrid Working£90,000 - £110,000A leading insurance organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Manager to play a key role in providing regulatory guidance, managing compliance risk, and supporting business growth across the UK and Europe.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded compliance professional who enjoys partnering with the business, influencing senior stakeholders, and translating complex regulatory requirements into practical solutions. You'll be responsible for advising on a broad range of FCA and insurance regulatory matters, supporting regulatory change initiatives, enhancing governance frameworks, and contributing to a strong culture of compliance across the organisation.What you'll bringWe're looking for a proactive and confident compliance professional with:Significant experience within a compliance role in the insurance sector, ideally gained within a broker, MGA, insurer, or wider regulated financial services environment.Strong technical knowledge of UK insurance regulation and the FCA Handbook, with the ability to provide clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused advice.Experience interpreting and implementing regulatory requirements across areas such as SM&CR, Conduct Risk, Client Money, licensing, and AR/IAR frameworks.A proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and challenge constructively where required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to assess regulatory risks and identify practical solutions.Experience supporting regulatory change, governance processes, policy development, compliance monitoring, and training initiatives.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex regulatory issues clearly to a wide range of audiences.Professional qualifications such as CII, ICA, or similar would be advantageous but are not essential.Why apply?Opportunity to influence key business decisions and regulatory strategy.Broad exposure to UK and international compliance matters.Collaborative, supportive, and highly professional environment.Strong career development prospects within a growing organisation.If you're an experienced insurance compliance professional looking for a senior role that combines technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and strategic influence, we'd love to hear from you.
