Senior Compliance Manager

We’re recruiting for an experienced Senior Compliance Manager to join a well-established business within the automotive finance sector.Reporting to the Head of Compliance you’ll help lead the UK Compliance function, with responsibility for compliance monitoring, intermediary oversight, regulatory implementation and team leadership. You’ll also oversee retailer/broker compliance, support regulatory change programmes and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

Key Requirements

• Degree-level education, ideally in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Significant experience within Compliance, Risk or Internal Audit within Financial Services
• Strong knowledge of FCA regulation, Consumer Duty and the UK regulatory framework
• Experience of intermediary oversight and second-line compliance monitoring
• Experience leading compliance reviews and regulatory remediation activities
• Proven experience managing, developing and motivating teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong written communication and senior-level reporting experience
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential, with willingness to travel extensively across the UKRegular UK travel required
