Senior Compliance Manager (Fintech / ADGM)

Our client is a well-funded and fast-growing financial services business operating within a regulated environment. As the company continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced Senior Compliance Manager to lead their compliance function and ensure the business continues to meet all regulatory requirements.Role RequirementWe are looking for an experienced Senior Compliance Manager with a strong understanding of the ADGM and FSRA regulatory framework. You will be responsible for managing the company's compliance programme, working closely with senior leadership and making sure the business operates in line with all regulatory obligations.This role would suit someone who has worked within an ADGM FSRA regulated financial services business and has hands-on experience with AML, KYC, financial crime and regulatory reporting.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the company's compliance framework.Ensure the business remains compliant with ADGM FSRA rules and regulations.Act as the main point of contact for compliance matters.Manage AML, CTF, sanctions and financial crime controls.Oversee KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes.Keep up to date with regulatory changes and advise the business where needed.Prepare regulatory reports and compliance updates for senior management.Carry out compliance monitoring and internal reviews.Review new products and business activities from a compliance perspective.Develop and update compliance policies and procedures.Provide compliance training to employees.Support regulatory inspections and audits.Work closely with Legal, Risk, Operations and Product teams.Investigate compliance issues and recommend improvements.Help build a strong compliance culture across the business.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business or a related field.ICA, ACAMS or another relevant compliance qualification is preferred.5+ years of compliance experience within financial services.Previous experience working in an ADGM FSRA regulated firm is required.Strong knowledge of:ADGM FSRA regulationsAML and CTF requirementsKYC, CDD and EDDSanctions complianceFinancial crime controlsRegulatory reportingExperience within fintech, digital assets, investment platforms or capital markets is highly desirable.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Nice to HaveExperience working with digital assets or tokenised investment products.Experience dealing directly with the FSRA.Experience supporting regulatory licence applications.Knowledge of transaction monitoring systems.This opportunity offers an amazing package and salary for the successful applicant.
