If you answered yes, then we have some amazing opportunities for you!DescriptionTo support the implementation and maintenance of the Company's compliance framework, ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, AML/CFT obligations, and industry best practices.Main ResponsibilitiesRegulatory ComplianceMonitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, licences, and regulatory requirements.Assist in the development, review, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.Conduct Transaction monitoring.Conduct customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and ongoing monitoring reviews.Review high-risk client files and escalations.Assist in the identification, investigation, and reporting of suspicious activities.Conduct sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening.Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory returns and reports and audits.RequirementsDegree in Law, Finance, Business, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in compliance, AML/CFT, risk, or regulatory roles within the financial services industry.Strong knowledge of FSC Mauritius requirements, AML/CFT legislation, and regulatory expectations.Skills and CompetenciesStrong analytical and investigative skills.Excellent report-writing and communication abilities.Attention to detail and sound judgment.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.High ethical standards and integrity.Why join CFI?We’re a fast-growing, multinational companyCompetitive salaries and benefitsWork and learn with industry professionsSupportive and collaborative environmentUnlimited opportunities for growth and development
