You'll work closely with Product, Legal, Risk and Operations, involved from the earliest stages of new product development rather than reviewing decisions after the fact.What You'll DoPartner with Product, Legal, Risk and Operations teams from day one of product development, helping build regulatory compliance into design and delivery rather than bolting it on laterAdvise on regulatory and licensing requirements as the business expands into new markets, developing practical solutions for cross border growthLead regulatory filings, disclosures and engagement with supervisory bodies, owning the relationship with key regulatory stakeholdersOwn and evolve compliance policies, procedures and control frameworks, testing operations to spot weaknesses and drive real improvementStay ahead of regulatory change across relevant jurisdictions, translating it into clear internal guidance and trainingDesign and run thematic compliance reviews and audits, delivering sharp, actionable insight rather than box ticking reportsWhat You'll Bring5/6+ years in Compliance, ideally within fintech, digital banking, credit or financial servicesStrong knowledge of UK/EU regulations (PRA, FCA, EBA, PSD2, CRD) or equivalent EEA supervisory frameworksExcellent written and verbal communication, comfortable producing clear memos and regulatory correspondenceA track record of driving process improvement, not just spotting problems but fixing themCAMS, ICA Advanced AML or CFCS certifications desirable; strong Excel or SQL skills a bonusWhy This RoleYou'll join at a genuinely high growth stage, with real scope to shape how compliance operates as the business expands into new markets.
