Summary Anadolubank Nederland N.V. is looking for a new team member as Senior Compliance Officer to perform advanced level professional compliance work as a key component of the corporate governance structure of the Bank. Key Responsibilities Regulatory Developments: Actively keeping track of developments in relevant laws and regulations.Regulatory Implementation: Translating changes in existing and/or new laws and regulations into clear and workable frameworks, instruments and policy.Regulatory Communication: Proactively informing the Head of Compliance and staff about relevant developments in legislation and regulations.KYC Policies and Procedures: Keeping up to date and optimizing policies, tools and procedures that enable the Bank to know its clients and their activities based on the KYC principle (Wwft / CDD ).Compliance Monitoring: Preparing and executing a Compliance monitoring program, including monitoring customers and transactions in line with the KYC principle (Wwft / KYC).Compliance Advice: Providing solicited and unsolicited advice to staff on compliance and integrity issues.Client Onboarding and Risk Assessments: Preparing risk assessments and recommendations on Medium and High-Risk New Client take-on and reviews, for decision by the Head of Compliance.Periodic Client Reviews: Executing periodic reviews of existing client risk profiles within agreed timelines.Transaction Monitoring Oversight: Executing compliance monitoring programs including monitoring on transaction monitoring.Transaction Reporting: Reporting suspicious transactions, internal and external (FIU NL & DNB).Integrity Risk Analysis: Contributing to the identification of integrity risks and to the annual SIRA process.Compliance Training: Providing relevant Compliance training to employees.Skills & QualificationsRequired University or HBO or solid relevant professional experience.5 - 7 years or more work experience in the financial industry.Knowledge of Wft, Wwft and Sanction law.Knowledge of trade finance products and services (including letters of credit, guarantees, documentary collections and related financing structures) and their compliance risk profile.Knowledge of compliance and integrity.Native-level proficiency in Dutch and excellent command of English, both written and spoken.PreferredDegree in Dutch law and/or Compliance Officer certification and/or CAMS certification (equivalent) is an advantage.Knowledge of financial services and its related business, corporate and tax laws is an advantage.Knowledge of Turkish is an advantage, not required.Core competenciesStrong planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with staff and external contacts and to work effectively in a professional team environment.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Result oriented and decisive approach.Responsible and sense of ownership.Eager to learn and able to apply constructive feedback.Strong technical depth within area of specialism, with sound independent judgement.About The OfferA salary tailored to your qualities and experiencePension schemeMonthly health insurance contributionCommuting allowanceHybrid working model40 hours working a weekPersonal vacation of 25 days a year, plus one birthday offTraining and development opportunities, to grow professionally & personallyCompany internal events regularlyYearly attractive gift cards can be used in different storesAbout Anadolubank N.V.Anadolubank Nederland N.V. was established in 2006, started operations in 2008 under full banking license and supervision of the Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank).
