Barza Consulting is partnering with a leading financial institution in Dubai to recruit an experienced Senior Compliance Officer (UAEN) to strengthen its regulatory governance and compliance framework.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to play a key role in ensuring regulatory excellence, managing compliance risks, and supporting a robust compliance culture within a highly respected financial services organization.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and applicable regulatory frameworks.Monitor and assess regulatory changes, providing timely guidance to the business.Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and monitoring activities.Support AML/CFT, sanctions, and regulatory reporting requirements.Advise stakeholders on compliance matters and promote a strong compliance culture.Assist with internal and external regulatory audits and inspections.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of compliance experience within banking or financial services.Strong knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations, AML/CFT, and regulatory compliance.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA, CRCM) are an advantage.
