Senior Compliance Specialist

An excellent opportunity is available with our client in the asset management industry for a Senior Compliance Specialist. Our client is based in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and builds, supports and protects investment structures and strategies worldwide. Key Responsibilities:Providing outsourcing, authorization, and projects support to ADGM, DIFC, and onshore firms.Providing day to day support to clients and colleagues in executing compliance, and AML deliverables.Undertaking the role of Compliance Officer/MLRO and possibly Risk Officer.Develop, initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures to ensure compliance with various regulatory requirements.Drafting and/or executing a compliance monitoring and testing program and performing desk based reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal procedures.Ensuring that the regulatory returns and relevant notifications are submitted on a timely basis and acting as a point of contact with the regulator.The Senior Compliance Specialist will preferably be educated to degree standard (or equivalent). You will have a minimum of three years experience in Compliance, AML or at the Regulators and currently hold or have previously held authorization by the DFSA/ADGM or equivalent.This is an excellent opportunity for growth and progression, joining a team of highly skilled Compliance professionals.
