of Senior Specialist Compliance is to support and enhance the organization's compliance framework by monitoring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards, identifying compliance risks, and recommending effective controls and corrective actions to safeguard the organization and promote a culture of integrity and accountability.Key Responsibilities:OperationalSupport the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s Compliance and Ethics Program, including the Code of Conduct, compliance policies, procedures, monitoring activities, training, reporting channels, and corrective action follow-up.Participate in developing, implementing, and maintaining the company Code of Conduct, covering compliance with laws and regulations, conflict of interest, anti-corruption, fair competition, company records, protection of confidential information, equal employment opportunity, non-discrimination, anti-harassment, reporting concerns, and zero tolerance for retaliation.Support the development, implementation, review, and update of compliance and ethics policies, including Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, Business Expenses and Government Tender Activity, Conflict of Interest, and other related compliance policies and procedures.Participate whenever required as a team member in the periodic review and update of departmental policies, procedures, frameworks, and supporting documents to ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, business requirements, and leading practices.Perform compliance risk assessments and contribute to the identification, evaluation, documentation, and monitoring of compliance risks, mitigating controls, and corrective action plans.Conduct compliance monitoring reviews and assessments to evaluate adherence to applicable laws, regulations, company policies, procedures, ethical standards, and compliance program requirements.Participate in the periodic review of company disbursements, business expenses, gifts, hospitality, sponsorships, donations, and other relevant financial records to support compliance with anti-bribery and anti-corruption requirements.Support the development and implementation of a formal process for reporting potential compliance incidents and conducting investigations, including reporting mechanisms, whistleblowing channels, retaliation protection, investigation procedures, documentation requirements, and case closure.Support in conducting due diligence, screening, and compliance checks for new and existing third parties, vendors, business partners, employees, and relevant stakeholders to identify potential conflicts of interest, government official or government entity relationships, reputational concerns, sanctions, anti-bribery, and other compliance risks.Review and assess CoI declarations, disclosures, incident reports, third-party submissions and Due Diligence, and supporting documentation submitted by internal stakeholders and external business partners.Support the development and implementation of a periodic compliance training and awareness plan for employees and relevant third parties covering the Code of Conduct, anti-bribery and corruption, conflict of interest, reporting concerns and WB, non-retaliation, business ethics, and related compliance policies and procedures.Support the implementation of awareness and communication activities aimed at promoting ethical conduct, compliance with applicable requirements, and a culture of integrity, accountability, transparency, and non-retaliation.Prepare compliance reports, risk assessments, monitoring results, investigation summaries, working papers, and other documentation in accordance with departmental standards, department plan, internal requirements, and regulatory expectations.Support whenever is needed to collect, analyze, and interpret compliance-related data to identify trends, root causes, potential risks, recurring issues, control weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, industry practices, healthcare compliance requirements, anti-bribery and corruption standards, and compliance program expectations to support effective compliance oversight.Performs other duties and takes responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s
