Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: SAR 19,000 – 20,000 per monthWe are looking for a Senior Compliance Specialist to join our team and support the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of corporate governance practices across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s compliance framework, policies, and procedures.Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and governance requirements.Conduct compliance reviews and assessments to identify potential gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.Support the development and monitoring of compliance controls and action plans to address identified gaps.Provide guidance to business functions on compliance requirements and support the resolution of compliance-related matters.Maintain compliance registers, records, and reports, and prepare periodic reports for management and relevant committees.Support compliance investigations, reviews, and follow-up on reported violations or concerns.Monitor regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the company’s activities and policies.Collaborate with Risk, Governance, Internal Audit, Legal, and other relevant functions to strengthen the overall control environment.Promote compliance awareness through guidance, communication, and awareness initiatives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.4-6 years of relevant experience in compliance, governance, risk management, internal controls, or a related field.Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements, policies, and internal controls.Experience in conducting compliance assessments, identifying gaps, and developing remediation plans.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Experience in semi-government, government, regulated, or large corporate environments is preferred.Professional certifications such as CCEP, ICA, CAMS, or equivalent are preferred.Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.Ideal CandidateWe are particularly interested in candidates who have worked within group or holding company structures, where governance is applied across multiple subsidiaries or business units.

Experience supporting governance in complex, multi-entity organizations will be considered a strong advantage.
