The company aims to build an advanced network of airports that supports tourism and enhances services quality and operational efficiency to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030 by developing airports and enhancing the investment opportunities.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesOperational ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive concession management strategies to achieve financial and operational objectives.Monitor the execution of concession contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms, conditions, and standards.Analyze financial data and revenue performance related to concession contracts.Prepare detailed reports and provide recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.Collect and evaluate customer feedback related to concession services and develop initiatives to enhance the passenger experience.Support the preparation of budgets related to concession contracts and forecast expected revenues.Monitor costs and expenses associated with concession agreements to ensure adherence to approved budgets.Develop marketing strategies to increase utilization of concession services and improve customer awareness.Coordinate and support promotional activities to showcase concession offerings to passengers.Utilize data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency.Build and maintain strong relationships with concession operators and business partners.Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.Assess risks associated with concession contracts and develop mitigation strategies.Continuously review concession performance and address operational challenges proactively.Ensure all concession activities comply with applicable regulations, policies, and industry requirements.Update concession management policies and procedures in line with best practices.Qualifications EducationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.ExperienceSenior Concessions Specialist: 4-6 years of experience in a related field.Concessions Specialist: 1-4 years of experience in a related field.Language RequirementsFluency in both Arabic and English.
