Senior Configuration Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaWork Model: OnsiteProject: BankingExperience: 10+ yearsRole OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Configuration Management Manager to lead and oversee configuration management activities for a banking project in Riyadh.

The successful candidate will provide governance and leadership across configuration management, ensuring accurate configuration information, effective controls, and alignment with project and business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee configuration management activities across the project.Establish and maintain configuration management governance, standards, and processes.Define and manage configuration baselines and configuration items.Ensure configuration data remains accurate, complete, controlled, and up to date.Oversee configuration audits, verification, and compliance activities.Coordinate closely with Change Management, technical teams, project teams, and business stakeholders.Assess the impact of configuration changes and ensure appropriate controls are applied.Monitor configuration management performance and provide management-level reporting.Identify configuration risks, gaps, and inconsistencies and drive appropriate resolution.Ensure configuration management documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Provide guidance and leadership to configuration management team members.Drive continuous improvement of configuration management processes and controls.Requirements10+ years of relevant experience in Configuration Management.Strong experience in enterprise and/or banking environments.Proven experience leading configuration management functions or teams.Strong understanding of configuration management governance, controls, baselines, and audits.Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders in a complex project environment.
