Senior Consultant – Business Transformation (Organisational Change)

We're supporting a specialist consulting firm in Dubai that is looking to appoint a Senior Consultant to join its growing Business Transformation practice.This is a client-facing consulting role, working with major organisations across the Middle East to deliver large-scale transformation programmes. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, helping clients successfully adopt change across complex business and technology initiatives.We're particularly interested in candidates who have experience of:Organisational Change Management (OCM)Business TransformationERP-enabled transformation (SAP, Oracle, Workday or Microsoft Dynamics)Business ReadinessStakeholder EngagementChange Impact AssessmentsCommunications & TrainingUser AdoptionClient-facing consultingIdeal backgroundYou'll most likely be working as a Senior Consultant, Change Consultant or Change Manager within a consulting environment, or have gained equivalent experience delivering transformation programmes for a recognised consultancy.Experience with firms such as Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Accenture, IBM Consulting, PA Consulting, Capgemini Invent, Mercer or similar would be advantageous, although not essential.Please noteThis opportunity is NOT suited to candidates whose background is primarily:PMOProject Management onlySAP/Oracle Functional ConsultingSoftware DevelopmentData & AnalyticsCyber SecurityFinance TransformationRisk, Audit or TaxStrategy Consulting without delivery of organisational changeDue to the nature of the role, applicants should have experience delivering organisational change within complex transformation programmes.If this sounds like you, we'd be pleased to hear from you.
