Senior Consultant - Capital Markets

We are working with a consultancy in Paris looking to strengthen its Capital Markets team with experienced consultants who are passionate about financial markets and enjoy helping financial institutions address complex business and operational challenges.Depending on your experience and specialism, you will contribute to client engagements across regulatory change, risk and controls, business transformation, data management, digital innovation and sustainability.Support the design and optimisation of operating models and business processes across Front, Middle and Back Office.Contribute to transformation programmes, organisational change and post-merger integration initiatives.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance business processes.Assess operational and regulatory risks across capital markets activities.Contribute to the design and implementation of first- and second-line controls.Support regulatory impact assessments, remediation programmes and compliance initiatives.Candidate profile:🐆 Experience in consulting or within a financial institution, ideally in Capital Markets.🐆 Knowledge of one or more areas across investment banking, asset management, post-trade services, market infrastructure, risk, compliance, operations or data transformation.🐆 Understanding of capital markets processes and the wider Front-to-Back value chain.🐆 Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.🐆 Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively with stakeholders and deliver high-quality client outcomes.
