Senior Consultant - Change Manager

Freshwater Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing boutique consultancy that is expanding its Change Management team and looking for experienced hires to join them at an exciting stage of their growth.We’re looking to speak with ex-Big 4 consultants or consultants from other mid-sized management consulting firms who are passionate about Change Management and want to build their career within a growing specialist consultancy. We are hiring at the Consultant and Senior Consultant level.The roleYou’ll work across a range of transformation and change programmes, helping clients navigate complex business change and deliver successful outcomes.You’ll have the opportunity to:Lead change management activities across major transformation programmesWork directly with senior client stakeholders and programme teamsDevelop and deliver change strategies, impact assessments and stakeholder plansSupport organisations through adoption and embedding new ways of workingWork across different sectors, programmes and types of changeContribute to the continued growth and development of the consultancyHelp shape the firm's approach, propositions and ways of working as it growsAbout youWe’re particularly interested in people with a management consulting background, whether that's from a Big 4 firm or another established mid-sized consultancy.You’ll ideally have:Strong experience delivering Change Management within a consulting environmentA genuine passion for Change Management and delivering successful business outcomesExperience working across complex transformation programmesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsThe confidence to work with senior clients and influence at all levelsA commercially minded approach and an interest in helping grow a consulting businessThe ambition to develop alongside a fast-growing boutique firmWhy join?This is a chance to join a consultancy at an exciting point in its growth, where you can have real influence on the business and your own career.You’ll work alongside experienced change professionals, gain exposure to a variety of interesting programmes and play a genuine role in helping shape the future of the firm.Location: LondonWorking pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the officeBackground: Big 4 or mid-sized management consulting experience preferred
