Key Responsibilities• Provide direct executive support on strategic and operational priorities.• Develop high-quality presentations, methodologies, and strategic deliverables, with a strong focus on KPI scorecards and initiative frameworks.• Analyze performance and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).• Lead and monitor strategic initiatives independently, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary.• Represent the operational follow-up meetings with portfolio managers and key stakeholders.• Monitor performance, track progress against strategic objectives, and prepare executive reports highlighting performance and achievement levels.Requirements• 4-5 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in management consulting.• Proven experience in Strategy Management Office (SMO), Project Management Office (PMO), or strategic initiatives management.• Experience working independently in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.• Experience in the public sector or national transformation programs is highly preferred.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.• MBA is preferred.Preferred Certifications• PMP• Lean Six SigmaSkills• Fluency in both Arabic and English.• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outcomes.
