As a Consultant/Senior Consultant in our Technology & Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.Location:Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Coimbatore, BhubaneshwarNotice period-0-30 daysKey ResponsibilitiesHands-on experience with Collibra , MDM, Data Governance, Data Quality data management tools.• Hands-on experience with Collibra or IKC/ICC data management toolsFacilitate solutions for managing critical data elements.Maintain business glossaries and associate technical/business metadata.Enforce standards in accordance with Data Governance policies.Conduct interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis with stakeholders.Design frameworks for consistent end-to-end data traceability.Document lifecycles and complex data dependencies.Perform impact assessments for upstream data changes.Build roadmaps with architects from current to ideal states.Partner with architects to map out portfolio data locations.Work with modelers on source-to-target mapping.Create data catalogs to maximize data searchability.Communicate downstream impacts of technical changes clearly.12+ years of total IT experience.6+ years in data management roles.Hands-on experience with Collibra, IKC, or equivalent tools.Proven track record in technical metadata cataloguing.Strong capability in designing data lineage frameworks.Proficient in SQL for querying complex datasets.Strong understanding of conceptual and logical data models.Experience in Agile delivery and project methodologies.Background working with global, multicultural teams.Skill in data profiling to identify data trends.Ability to develop and prioritize data quality rules.Success Metrics:• Hands-on experience with Collibra or IKC/ICC data management tools• Data Quality implementation experience• Data Cataloging expertise• Tool configuration and implementation experience• Strong understanding of Data Management concepts• Database and SQL knowledge• Stakeholder management and communication skills• Experience creating training documents and conducting workshops" Education Qualification:B.E./ B.Tech. or M.C.A. in Computer Science from a reputed University4-7 years of relevant industry experience
