Team members collaborate in a dynamic environment that values integrity, client service, and continuous learning about evolving migration policies.Role Description The Senior Consultant will serve as a subject matter expert on migration and relocation services, advising clients on immigration options, documentation requirements, and settlement strategies. In this full-time, on-site role located in the Eastern Region, the Senior Consultant will conduct client assessments, prepare and review case files, and ensure all applications and supporting documents meet regulatory standards. The role includes coordinating with government agencies and other stakeholders, tracking case progress, and providing clear, timely updates to clients. The Senior Consultant will also contribute to developing internal guidelines, mentoring junior team members, and supporting business development activities through client presentations and participation in outreach initiatives.Qualifications Strong experience in migration, immigration, or relocation consulting, including case management and client advisory work.Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations, policies, and compliance requirements in a professional setting.Excellent communication skills, including clear written documentation, professional correspondence, and client-facing presentations.Advanced organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Proven capability to build trust-based client relationships, work collaboratively with colleagues, and coordinate with external stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Public Policy, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification in migration or immigration services is an advantage.Prior experience in a consulting, legal, or government environment dealing with immigration or regulatory matters is highly beneficial.Commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory practices and sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds.
