Senior Consultant

Role Description The Senior Consultant role at LocalEyes is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The Senior Consultant will lead client engagements, diagnose business challenges, and design practical, data-driven solutions across strategy, operations, and digital transformation. This role involves facilitating workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews, preparing structured presentations, and delivering clear recommendations to executive-level clients. The Senior Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, manage project timelines and deliverables, and ensure high-quality outcomes that meet client objectives. Additional responsibilities include mentoring junior team members, contributing to business development efforts, and supporting the continuous improvement of LocalEyes’ methodologies and service offerings.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in management consulting or a similar advisory role, with a track record of leading complex client projects and delivering measurable results.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in quantitative analysis, data interpretation, and developing actionable insights.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build trust with senior stakeholders.Proven project management capabilities, including planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.Ability to collaborate effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams and to mentor and coach junior colleagues.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.Familiarity with digital transformation, customer experience, or localization-related projects is an advantage.Professional fluency in English; working knowledge of Arabic and prior experience working in Riyadh or the broader GCC region are beneficial.Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in consulting is requiredFluency in English is requiredWillingness to work on-site in Riyadh and availability for occasional travelThis position is open to Saudi nationals only
