Senior Consultant

Our client, an established professional services organisation in Dublin, is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing advisory team.The role will involve delivering transformation, change and improvement projects for public sector clients, working closely with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage transformation and change projects from planning through to implementation.Lead project workstreams, milestones and deliverables.Engage with clients and senior stakeholders to understand priorities and challenges.Analyse information and translate findings into practical recommendations.Prepare reports, presentations, project plans and implementation materials.Track risks, issues, actions and project progress.Support stakeholder meetings and workshops.Contribute to proposals, tenders and business development.ExperienceWe are looking for candidates with approximately 2–5 years' experience in consulting, transformation, change or project/programme management.You should have strong project delivery, analytical and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with clients.Experience within consulting, professional services or the public sector would be advantageous, as would relevant project or change management qualifications.The role can be appointed at Senior Consultant or Assistant Manager level, depending on experience and previous responsibility for project delivery and client relationships.
