Greetings from Peoplefy!🚀 Hiring: Senior Finance Business Analyst – Infor ERPLNWe are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Business Analyst with strong expertise in Infor ERPLN Finance systems to join our global Finance Systems team.📍 Location: Pune & Mumbai🎯 Experience: 10+ Years🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support Infor ERPLN Finance systems, including General Ledger and Billing.Gather and analyse business requirements from Finance teams and translate them into effective ERP solutions.Support ERP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, integrations and transformation initiatives.Provide application support for month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, taxation and financial reporting.Coordinate UAT, system releases, patches, deployments and testing activities.Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.Conduct feasibility assessments, high-level solution design, business case preparation and project planning.Support SOX controls, user access reviews, change management and internal/external audits.Develop reports and analyse financial/system data using SQL and advanced Excel.Work closely with Finance, Technology and Operations stakeholders across global teams.🔹 Mandatory Skills & Experience10+ years of experience in Finance Systems, Accounting or Information Systems.5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor ERPLN Finance systems.Strong experience in Infor ERPLN 10.x; Infor CloudSuite/Cloud ERP experience is preferred.Strong understanding of Finance/Accounting processes.Experience in ERP implementations, upgrades and enhancements.Good knowledge of SOX, audit, governance, access controls and change management.Strong SQL and advanced MS Excel skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.Qualification in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or related discipline such as CA, CMA, M.Com or equivalent.
