قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجPosition: Senior Consultant (Data Risk)Location: Dallas, TX (HYBRID)Summary:Our Data & AI practice is growing, and we're looking for a Senior Consultant with Data Risk, Data Governance, and Compliance experience to work within a large financial services organizationCandidates should be highly organized, analytical, and results-driven to lead a large-scale enterprise questionnaire initiative impacting approximately 300 applications across the financial services organizationThis high-visibility role requires a professional with strong project management capabilities, as well as a solid understanding of Data Risk, Data Retention, Data Governance, and Compliance practicesThe Senior Consultant will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, drive execution, manage timelines and dependencies, as well as ensure the successful delivery of a critical enterprise-wide initiativeThis role is ideal for consultants who thrive in complex environments, can navigate ambiguity, and excel at influencing stakeholders across all levels of an organizationThis position is Onsite 3 Days per weekResponsibilities:Lead and coordinate a large-scale enterprise questionnaire and assessment initiative across approximately 300 applicationsDevelop and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, risks, and dependenciesPartner with business, technology, legal, risk, compliance, and governance stakeholders to ensure program objectives are achievedFacilitate meetings, working sessions, and status reviews with senior leaders and key stakeholdersTrack program progress as well as proactively identify, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, and roadblocksEnsure compliance with organizational policies related to Data Risk, Data Retention, Information Governance, Regulatory Requirements, and Risk ManagementDrive accountability across multiple teams while maintaining strong stakeholder engagementCreate executive-level communications, reporting, dashboards, and presentations to provide visibility into program status and outcomesEstablish and maintain governance processes to support effective decision-making and executionSupport data collection, analysis, and documentation efforts associated with questionnaire responses and compliance requirementsQualifications:3-5+ years of Data Management, Project Management, Consulting, or related experience, preferably in Banking or Financial ServicesDemonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in large enterprise environmentsStrong understanding of one or more of the following areas: Data Risk Management, Data Retention, Information Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Data Privacy, or Records ManagementExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilitiesProven ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced proficiency with project management methodologies, tools, and reporting mechanismsBachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related fieldPreferred Qualifications:Experience working within Management Consulting organizations, such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, or similar firmsBackground supporting governance, risk, compliance, privacy, or enterprise-wide transformation initiativesFamiliarity with enterprise application inventories, data management practices, and compliance assessment processesHands-on experience with Data Management tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra)Why Join Paradigm:At Paradigm, integrity drives innovation.
