Senior Consultant HCM Functional (ERP)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – HCM Functional (ERP) to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions within an enterprise ERP environment. This role is ideal for a functional ERP professional with strong HR systems expertise and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end HCM transformation projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full lifecycle of HCM ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.Analyze HR business processes and recommend best-practice ERP solutions to improve operational efficiency.Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and design documents aligned with business requirements.Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and validate deliverables.Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability across HCM applications.Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive continuous process improvements.Ensure compliance with governance, information security, quality, and organizational standards.Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.9–10 years of functional ERP experience, including 3+ years in a similar role within the construction industry.Hands-on experience with HCM ERP implementations and support.Strong understanding of HR business processes and ERP best practices.ERP-related certifications are highly preferred.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.If you have extensive HCM ERP functional expertise and are looking to join a dynamic environment delivering large-scale enterprise solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
