Senior Consultant - IT Audit (Oracle) - Bilingual Speaker

Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Oracle IT Auditor – Senior consultant to support IT audit, risk advisory, and consulting engagements focusing on Oracle environments (ERP, databases, and related technologies). The role involves evaluating IT general controls and IT application controls, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering high-quality client service.Key ResponsibilitiesIT Audit & Risk AssessmentExecute IT General Controls (ITGC) audits for Oracle systems (EBS / Fusion / Oracle ERP Cloud) to assess control design and operating effectiveness across key domains such as: User access managementChange managementIT operationsExecute IT application controls (ITACs) audits/Post-implementation reviews for Oracle systems (EBS / Fusion / Oracle ERP Cloud) to assess control design and operating effectiveness across key modules such as: Finance HCMSupply ChanEvaluate automated controls and system configurations within Oracle environments.Identify gaps and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen controls.Oracle-Specific Audit ActivitiesReview and test Oracle ERP controls, including: Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflictsRole-based access controlsConfiguration and security settingsPerform data analysis using Oracle tools and audit technologies.Evaluate the integration between Oracle system and other business systems.Compliance & Regulatory SupportSupport audits related to: SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley)Internal audit engagementsRegulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, COBIT, etc.)Assist in drafting audit reports and stakeholder presentations.Stakeholder ManagementInteract with client stakeholders (IT, Finance, HCM, SC, Risk teams, etc.) to gather requirements and communicate findings.Provide insights on improving IT governance, risk management, and compliance.Team Leadership & Project ManagementManage and mentor junior team members.Plan and execute multiple engagements, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.Review workpapers and ensure compliance with audit methodologies.Required Skills & QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or related fieldProfessional certifications (preferred): CISA / CPA / CA / CIAOracle certifications (added advantage)Experience5–7 years of experience in: IT audit, IT risk, or consultingOracle ERP systems (EBS / Fusion / Cloud)Technical SkillsStrong understanding of: IT General Controls (ITGC)IT Application Controls (ITAC)Oracle security & access controlsExperience with audit/data tools (SQL, ACL, IDEA, or similar).Familiarity with governance frameworks (COBIT, ISO, NIST).Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in Big 4 or leading consulting firmsKnowledge of GRC tools (e.g., SAP GRC, Oracle GRC)Exposure to emerging technologies (cloud security, data analytics)
