This includes providing advisory support, managing project teams, developing excellence methodologies, and preparing high-quality award submission files.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Execute KAQA Readiness ProjectsLead and manage institutional excellence projects across all phases—from planning and assessment to implementation and submission—ensuring delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Assess Current State and Organizational MaturityConduct comprehensive assessments of existing organizational practices and evaluate maturity levels using recognized excellence models, including document reviews, stakeholder interviews, and performance analysis.
• Develop Gap Analysis Reports and Identify Improvement OpportunitiesPrepare detailed gap analysis reports comparing current practices against excellence criteria, identifying strengths and prioritizing improvement opportunities based on impact.
• Design Institutional Excellence Roadmaps and Improvement PlansDevelop integrated roadmaps outlining improvement initiatives, development programs, timelines, execution mechanisms, and monitoring approaches to enhance readiness for award participation.
• Oversee Implementation of Improvement InitiativesMonitor and supervise the execution of improvement initiatives in coordination with relevant departments, ensuring adherence to the approved roadmap and achievement of defined KPIs.
• Supervise Preparation of Award Submission FilesLead the development and writing of the award submission document in line with approved frameworks, ensuring high-quality content that effectively links practices with evidence and results.
• Lead Self-Assessment and Mock Assessment ActivitiesPlan and conduct self-assessments and mock assessments using recognized methodologies, including file reviews, interviews, and identification of improvement actions.
• Deliver Training and Workshops in Institutional ExcellenceDesign and deliver specialized training programs and workshops to build organizational capabilities in excellence practices, including self-assessment, benchmarking, and performance management.
• Promote a Culture of Quality and ExcellenceDrive awareness initiatives and internal communication efforts to embed a culture of quality, excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Manage Stakeholder and Executive RelationshipsEngage with executive leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and provide advisory support for informed decision-making.
• Ensure Compliance with Excellence Model RequirementsReview all project deliverables to ensure full alignment with excellence model requirements and readiness to achieve advanced results in final assessments.Qualifications and ExperienceCertified Assessor in the King Abdulaziz Quality Award (KAQA) Minimum 8–12 years of experience in institutional excellence and quality Proven track record of delivering at least two (KAQA) excellence readiness projects within Saudi Arabia Hands-on experience with excellence models such as EFQM and excellence frameworks Experience in developing award submission documents Strong knowledge of the RADAR methodology and institutional assessment frameworks Expertise in organizational performance analysis and KPI development Strong reporting and executive presentation skills Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage consulting projects Core CompetenciesStrategic and analytical thinking Executive communication and presentation skills وتحليل الأداء المؤسسي. إعداد تقارير تحليل الفجوات وتحديد فرص التحسين المؤسسي إعداد تقارير تفصيلية لتحليل الفجوات بين الوضع الحالي ومتطلبات معايير التميز، مع تحديد نقاط القوة وفرص التحسين وتصنيفها حسب الأولوية والأثر على نتائج التقييم. تطوير خارطة طريق التأهيل المؤسسي وخطط التحسين تصميم خارطة طريق متكاملة تتضمن المبادرات التحسينية والبرامج التطويرية والجدول الزمني وآليات التنفيذ والمتابعة، بما يضمن رفع جاهزية المؤسسة للمشاركة في الجائزة. الإشراف على تنفيذ مبادرات ومشاريع التحسين المؤسسي متابعة تنفيذ مبادرات ومشاريع التحسين المؤسسي بالتنسيق مع الإدارات المعنية، وضمان الالتزام بخارطة الطريق المعتمدة وتحقيق المستهدفات المحددة وفق مؤشرات الأداء.الإشراف على إعداد وكتابة ملفات المشاركة في الجائزة قيادة عملية إعداد وكتابة ملف المشاركة وفق الهيكل المعتمد، مع ضمان جودة المحتوى وربط الممارسات عبد العزيز للجودة. خبرة لا تقل عن 8–12 سنة في مجال التميز المؤسسي والجودة. تنفيذ مشاريع سابقة موثقة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية في مجال التأهيل لجوائز التميز لا تقل عن مشروعين. خبرة عملية في نماذج التميز المؤسسي مثل EFQM ونماذج التميز الوطنية. خبرة في إعداد ملفات المشاركة في جوائز التميز المؤسسي. إلمام عميق بمنهجية RADAR ومنهجيات التقييم المؤسسي. خبرة في تحليل الأداء المؤسسي وتطوير مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs). مهارات عالية في إعداد التقارير والعروض التنفيذية. القدرة على إدارة فرق العمل وقيادة المشاريع الاستشارية. المهارات الأساسيةالتفكير الاستراتيجي والتحليلي مهارات العرض والتواصل مع القيادات
