We are looking for Process Mining & Performance Optimization Professionals (open at both Consultant and Senior Consultant levels) to join a premier global digital management consultancy in Saudi Arabia.About the RoleYou will work at the intersection of business strategy, data analytics, and digital transformation. Leveraging cutting-edge process mining and intelligent automation platforms, you will analyze end-to-end enterprise processes (P2P, O2C, Accounts Payable, Maintenance, Logistics) for tier-1 clients across public and private sectors in the region.Key ResponsibilitiesData-Driven Analysis: Conduct end-to-end process mining projects—from value-driven scoping and requirement gathering to data model architecture, dashboard creation, and root-cause analysis.Value & Impact Delivery: Calculate business cases, quantify process inefficiencies, and design optimization measures for executive stakeholders.Center of Excellence (CoE): Support clients in setting up Process Mining Centers of Excellence, defining operating models, governance, and capability-building programs.Business Growth (Senior Level): Contribute to proposal development, client pitches, asset building, and thought leadership.What We Are Looking ForEducation: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related technical fields.Core Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with process mining tools (Celonis, SAP Signavio, or similar) alongside BPM/BPMN, Power BI, or RPA tools (UiPath).Data Skills: Solid understanding of SQL, relational databases, and core enterprise ERP architectures (e.g., SAP).Domain Exposure: Familiarity with core operational processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Logistics).Consulting Mindset: Strong analytical problem-solving, workshop facilitation, and executive presentation capabilities.Languages: Business English required; Arabic fluency is a strong plus.Eligibility: Candidates must currently hold a Transferable Iqama or Premium Residency in Saudi.How to ApplyIf you are ready to accelerate your career in management consulting and lead high-impact process transformations in KSA, send your CV directly via DM or submit your application today!
