Senior Consultant – Public Sector Advisory - Data & AI- (Arabic Speaker)

Role summary:Support the growth of company Public Sector portfolio locally by contributing to sales, delivery and practice development. As a Senior Consultant, work as an active member of engagement and pre-sales teams- producing high quality analysis, client-ready outputs, and delivery workstream contributions under the guidance of senior colleagues.Key responsibilities:Deliver high-quality analysis and outputs for public sector client engagementsCollaborate across capability and project teams and provide any required supportSupport project teams in research, data analysis, and report developmentAssist in proposal preparation, presentations, and opportunity shapingConduct desktop research on public sector trends, policies, and initiativesSupport development of client-ready deliverables (presentations, reports, insights)Contribute to internal knowledge development and best practicesSupport client workshops and stakeholder interactionsParticipate in capability and practice development initiativesExperience & profile:3–5 years of experience in public sector consultingStrong experience supporting sales cycles, proposals, and delivery of consulting engagementsBachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Public Policy, Economics, Technology, or related fieldsGCC sector experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and EnglishAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentProficiency in PowerPoint and ExcelFamiliarity with digital government enablers (AI, Cloud, Data platforms) is a plus
