looking for an experienced Senior Consultant – SAP Manufacturing to join a major SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation and digital transformation program.This is a high-impact role for an SAP professional who can provide both functional and technical leadership across the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Planning landscape.The successful candidate will take ownership of SAP PP, QM, PM and IBP Demand Planning, working closely with business leadership, Business Process Owners (BPOs), IT stakeholders and project teams across multiple manufacturing environments.About the RoleAs the Senior Consultant – SAP Manufacturing, you will act as a key solution leader throughout the S/4HANA transformation while ensuring uninterrupted Business-as-Usual support and development.You will help design and optimize SAP solutions across Dairy, Juice, Hatchery, Broiler and Feed operations and contribute to the transformation of complex manufacturing and agricultural processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Transformation & Solution LeadershipAct as the Lead Solution Architect / Senior Functional & Technical Lead for SAP PP, QM and PM.Provide leadership throughout the ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation.Drive solution design using S/4HANA Greenfield methodology and SAP Best Practices.Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops.Ensure SAP solutions are scalable and aligned with business requirements.Manufacturing & Production PlanningOwn the SAP manufacturing landscape across multiple production sites.Support and optimize production planning and execution.Ensure production continuity across Dairy, Juice, Hatchery, Broiler and Feed operations.Translate complex manufacturing requirements into scalable SAP solutions.Re-engineer processes to improve efficiency and business performance.Process ManufacturingSupport complex agricultural and process manufacturing scenarios.Optimize SAP processes for specialized production environments.Work with business teams on Biogas and TMR (Total Mixed Ration) production processes.Drive standardization, automation and continuous process improvement.SAP IBP & Demand PlanningOwn the SAP IBP Demand Planning environment.Improve forecasting accuracy and planning effectiveness.Ensure master data alignment.Support integration between SAP S/4HANA and IBP.Leverage SAP APO-DP experience where applicable.SAP QM & PMProvide expert leadership across Quality Management and Plant Maintenance.Ensure integration between production, quality and maintenance processes.Support critical manufacturing and plant operations.Identify opportunities for process optimization.Project GovernanceManage WRICEF requirements.Review and manage Functional Specifications (FS).Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops.Support testing, UAT and deployment activities.Ensure effective transition from implementation to BAU support.SAP Operations & System IntegrityOversee periodic batch jobs and MRP runs.Monitor IBP integrations.Participate in SAP patch and regression testing.Troubleshoot critical manufacturing and planning issues.Maintain stability and integrity of SAP manufacturing processes.Stakeholder ManagementPartner with BU Heads and Business Process Owners (BPOs).Translate operational requirements into scalable SAP solutions.Facilitate business and IT discussions.Provide expert guidance on SAP manufacturing capabilities and best practices.Required desirable.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.10+ years of relevant SAP/manufacturing experience.Proven experience leading SAP Manufacturing solutions.Consulting experience with global IT consultancies or process manufacturing organizations.SAP Professional Certification in relevant SCM/Manufacturing modules.The Ideal CandidateWe are
