Senior Consultant / Senior Associate

Please DO NOT apply if this does not work for you!We're hiring an Senior Consultant / Senior Associate – AI Value Realisation & Business Integration to join a leading Financial Services company in the United Arab Emirates.This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of AI, transformation and business strategy, focused on ensuring a growing portfolio of AI products translates into measurable financial and operational value, strong user adoption, and sustainable business impact.What you'll be doing:

• Lead value sizing, measurement and benefits realisation across a portfolio of strategic AI products
• Develop business cases, value hypotheses, KPI frameworks and measurement approaches to quantify the impact of AI initiatives
• Partner closely with AI Product Owners and business stakeholders to define value targets and track outcomes from development through to adoption
• Lead business integration and change management, ensuring AI products are successfully embedded into day-to-day operations
• Identify the process, operating model and behavioural changes required to unlock the full value of AI solutions
• Drive user adoption through stakeholder engagement, user research, workshops, communications and change initiatives
• Analyse performance and translate complex findings into clear recommendations and executive-level reporting
• Engage and influence senior business leaders, helping shape decisions around AI investment, prioritisation and value creationWhat we're looking for:
• Strong strategy or management consulting experience. 7-8 years overall & ideally including 2–5 years within a top-tier consulting firm
• Experience delivering transformation, value realisation, business integration or implementation-focused engagements
• Financial Services or banking exposure, either directly within the industry or through consulting engagements
• Demonstrable experience building business cases, KPI frameworks, value measurement approaches or benefits realisation frameworks
• Strong hands-on delivery mindset with evidence of personally owning outcomes rather than purely managing programmes or reporting
• Experience with change management, business adoption, process transformation or operating model change
• Excellent analytical, structured problem-solving and executive communication capabilities
• Comfortable operating with significant autonomy in a fast-paced and evolving environmentWhy join?
