Senior Consultant - Technology & Transformation

The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills which will enable them to clearly present solutions to clients. They should be comfortable conducting research and analysis in order to establish a good understanding of the business at hand. They should have an interest in examining and streamlining processes in order to make them more efficient.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, public policy, data analytics or a related discipline; a relevant master’s degree or MBA is advantageous.Typically 4–7 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, operational excellence or a comparable industry role.Demonstrated experience delivering at least one of the following: corporate or business-unit strategy, operating model design, organizational transformation, process improvement, cost optimization, performance management, PMO or implementation support.Strong record of producing high-quality client deliverables and managing work with limited supervision.Experience engaging managers and senior stakeholders through interviews, workshops and presentations.Core Technical CapabilitiesAdvanced analytical and financial modelling skills, including scenario analysis, business cases and benefits estimation.Ability to interpret financial, operational and market data and convert findings into actionable insights.Working knowledge of strategy development, operating model design, process analysis and improvement, KPI frameworks and transformation governance.Strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities; familiarity with process-mapping, project-management, business-intelligence or data-visualization tools is advantageous.Ability to develop clear storylines and concise executive materials supported by evidence.Understanding of digital transformation, automation, data and technology implications for strategy and operations is advantageous.
