This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise and take on increasing responsibility within a fast-growing and dynamic environment.Duties And ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of the growth strategy for the UK practice, contributing to client engagements and supporting new business initiativesAssist in business development activities, including preparing materials and supporting proposalsSupport the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies for a diverse portfolio of international clientsConduct functional analysis interviews and support the preparation of high-quality transfer pricing deliverables and documentation in line with UK legislation and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development guidelinesSupport cross-border financing engagements, including UK thin capitalisation analysis and interest rate benchmarkingPerform economic analysis and benchmarking using industry-standard transfer pricing databasesSupport day-to-day client interactions, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communicationDraft technical reports and documentation with strong attention to detailEducation And ExperienceACA-qualified or working towards an equivalent professional certificationGood understanding of UK transfer pricing legislation and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development principlesExposure to thin capitalisation rules and intercompany financing is advantageousExperience using transfer pricing databases to support benchmarking and analysisAbout YouAble to translate technical tax concepts into clear and practical outputs with guidanceStrong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and structured reportsCollaborative and proactive, with a willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrates ownership of workstreams while seeking guidance where appropriateWhy Join RyanYou will have the opportunity to develop your career within a growing Transfer Pricing practice, gaining exposure to a wide range of clients and technical areas while working closely with experienced leadership.If you are looking for a role that offers strong development, progression, and the opportunity to build your expertise within a dynamic team, we would welcome a conversation.
