At Tuscan Consulting, we are committed to building resilient organizations through strategic people practices and operational excellence.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a commercially sharp Consultant with 3–4 years of UAE business setup consulting experience.This is a revenue and advisory role, not an operations role.You will engage with founders, understand their business intent, design the right UAE structure, negotiate mandates, and build long-term client relationships.Execution is handled internally by the operations team.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand founder intent and business objectives Advise on optimal UAE company structures (Mainland / Free Zone) Design commercially viable setup pathways Negotiate and close mandates Own revenue and margin outcomes for client engagements Build and maintain long-term client relationships Coordinate internally with operations for seamless execution Requirements3–4 years experience in UAE business setup consulting Strong understanding of UAE regulatory landscape and jurisdictions Demonstrated ability to close client mandates independently Strong commercial and negotiation skills Excellent communication and client management ability Prompt, proactive, and accountable working style
