The successful candidate will work closely with product and business teams to transform complex product information and industry concepts into clear, practical, and engaging content for a broad user audience.You will own content deliverables from research and ideation through production and publication, while continuously exploring new formats, channels, and AI-enabled tools to improve content quality, efficiency, and scale.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Product EducationCreate original educational articles, product explainers, guides, tutorials, FAQs, and other user-facing content.Translate complex product, financial, and technical concepts into clear, accessible, and engaging language.Develop content for audiences with different levels of knowledge and experience.Explain product functionality, use cases, benefits, risks, and key user actions in a practical and user-friendly way.Research, draft, revise, and finalize content to a high editorial standard.Take ownership of assigned content deliverables from initial brief through review and publication.Maintain accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all content formats.Video Content & On-Camera PresentationDevelop scripts and storyboards for educational, product, and explainer videos.Present and host video content for different audiences and content formats.Create engaging product walkthroughs, demonstrations, explainers, and educational video series.Develop a credible, natural, and engaging on-camera presence.Work with production partners on filming, editing, and post-production where applicable.Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos and other audience-friendly formats.Product & Campaign ContentWork closely with product and business teams to understand new products, features, campaigns, and market developments.Turn complex product information into clear educational content that supports user understanding and adoption.Develop timely explainers, FAQs, tutorials, and video content around key product and business initiatives.Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, complete, and aligned with launch timelines.Identify missing information, potential risks, and content dependencies early in the production process.Content Operations & DistributionAdapt core content into different formats and distribution channels based on audience needs.Coordinate with editorial, design, localization, compliance, product, and other stakeholders throughout the content production process.Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.Review existing content and identify opportunities to refresh, improve, consolidate, or repurpose materials.Monitor the performance of assigned content and use audience insights to improve future content.Maintain strong quality control and accuracy standards across all deliverables.AI-Assisted Content CreationUse AI-powered tools to support research, ideation, scripting, editing, localization, repurposing, and content production.Explore emerging AI tools for video, voice, animation, visual storytelling, and other content formats.Identify opportunities to improve content production efficiency and scalability through AI-enabled workflows.Ensure AI-assisted content is accurate, credible, original, and aligned with quality standards.QualificationsProven professional experience in content creation, editorial content, product education, media, or a related field.Strong portfolio of published written content and/or video content demonstrating clear storytelling and audience engagement.Hands-on experience developing video scripts and presenting or hosting content on camera.Excellent writing, scripting, storytelling, and presentation skills.Ability to explain complex financial, technical, or product concepts in simple and engaging language.Strong understanding of digital assets, financial markets, fintech, technology, or related industries.Experience creating content for consumer or retail audiences.Ability to independently manage content projects from concept through production and publication.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and commitment to content accuracy and quality.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and evolving environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in digital assets, fintech, financial services, technology, media, or related industries.Experience creating educational or product-focused content.Experience with structured learning content, tutorials, courses, or knowledge platforms.Experience with video editing, production, or multimedia content creation.Experience building or growing an audience through digital content or social platforms.Familiarity with SEO, content distribution, content analytics, or audience growth.Hands-on experience with AI-powered video, voice, animation, editing, or content creation tools.Understanding of trading, investing, blockchain, digital assets, or
