Senior Contract Manager

📢 We’re Hiring | Senior Contracts ManagerWe are looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team and provide senior contractual and commercial leadership across major and complex projects, including EPC, EPCM, O&M, joint venture, consortium, and framework arrangements.📍 Location: Riyadh💼 Position: Senior Contracts ManagerKey Requirements:Minimum 15 years of experience in contracts and commercial management, including at least 5 years in a senior/lead capacityStrong background in Water, Wastewater, Desalination, or heavy industrial EPC/EPCM projectsIn-depth knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contractStrong knowledge of the contractual and regulatory framework in Saudi Arabia and the GCCProven experience negotiating and administering high-value contracts, JV and consortium agreementsStrong experience in claims, entitlement analysis, dispute resolution, adjudication, and/or arbitrationBachelor’s degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldProfessional certifications/memberships such as MCIArb, MRICS, CCM/FCCM are highly preferredIf you have extensive experience managing complex contracts within the water, wastewater, desalination, or EPC/EPCM sector, we would be pleased to hear from you.
