Key Responsibilities

Draft and review contracts, agreements, and amendments in line with company policies and legal requirements.Ensure compliance of contracts with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards.Monitor contract performance, deadlines, and deliverables, and escalate deviations when necessary.Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors, clients, and subcontractors to secure favorable outcomes.Maintain accurate and updated records of all contracts and related documentation.Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams to align contract terms with operational requirements.Prepare reports and summaries on contract status, risks, and financial impacts for management.Support the resolution of contract disputes and claims in collaboration with legal and operational teams.Assist in developing standard contract templates and procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency.Promote compliance, transparency, and accountability in all contract administration processes.Ensure alignment of individual and team efforts with the organization's strategic goals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve desired outcomes.Perform any additional duties or tasks assigned by the direct supervisor, as required to support departmental and organizational objectivesEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.Master’s degree is an advantage.Minimum Experience 5–7 years of experience in contract administration or management.Experience in facility management, construction, or service industries preferred.Certification in Contract Management (e.g., IACCM/WorldCC, NCMA) – preferred.Legal or compliance-related certifications – an advantage
