Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day administration of construction contracts throughout the project lifecycle. Review and interpret contract conditions, specifications, scope of work, and contractual obligations. Prepare, review, and manage contractual correspondence, notices, claims, variations, and extensions of time (EOT). Monitor contractor compliance with contractual requirements, deliverables, milestones, and obligations. Evaluate and administer variation orders, payment applications, claims, and commercial submissions. Support the Project Manager and commercial team in identifying and mitigating contractual and commercial risks. Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, instructions, notices, claims, and related documentation. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, project teams, and other stakeholders on contractual matters. Assist in the preparation of contractual reports, dashboards, and commercial updates for project management. Ensure contracts are administered in accordance with applicable Saudi regulations, project requirements, and contractual procedures. Support dispute avoidance and resolution by maintaining proper contractual documentation and records. Provide guidance to project teams on contractual obligations, rights, and potential risks. Participate in contract negotiations and discussions with contractors and consultants when required. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline. 10+ years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Contract Administration. Proven experience working within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment. Strong experience in construction/infrastructure or major development projects. Good knowledge of construction contracts, variations, claims, EOT, payment certification, and contractual correspondence. Strong understanding of contract administration principles and commercial risk management. Arabic speaker is mandatory/preferred due to the project location and stakeholder requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a project-site environment.
