JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a Senior Contracts Manager to join our esteemed team. As a leading joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, we are committed to driving forward major social infrastructure projects in alignment with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.In the role of Senior Contracts Manager, you will be a crucial player, responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management throughout the project lifecycle. This includes drafting, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with various contractual agreements. Your expertise will enable you to manage risks effectively while building robust relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.This position requires an individual with deep knowledge of construction-related contracts, as you will be responsible for evaluating terms, managing amendments, and resolving disputes. You will also be tasked with monitoring the performance of contracts, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.At JASARA PMC, we value innovation and collaboration. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that transform the social infrastructure landscape in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.ResponsibilitiesTake charge of all contractual matters related to assigned projects, from drafting to final executionEnsure compliance with all contractual obligations and monitor contract performanceLead discussions and negotiations with clients and subcontractors regarding contract amendments and variancesDevelop strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote effective communication and collaborationPrepare and provide regular progress reports on contractual matters and claims managementIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's interestsEnsure proper documentation and closure of contracts upon project completionRequirementsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related fieldA minimum of 15 years of experience in contracts management within the construction industryThorough understanding of contract law and construction agreementsExceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and critical thinking abilitiesFamiliarity with contract management software and toolsAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProfessional certifications in contract management (such as CCM or CPCM) preferredExperience in the Middle East construction sector is highly desirableFluency in both English and Arabic is a significant advantageAwareness of Vision 2030 initiatives and their relevance to infrastructure projects is a plus
