Senior Conversational AI Expert / Bot Developer

We are looking for a Senior Conversational AI Expert / Bot Developer to support the development and continuous evolution of customer-facing AI solutions across chatbot and voicebot channels.MissionsDesign, configure and optimise Voice AI and Conversational AI agents.Work hands-on with Parloa / Parloa AMP and conversational flows.Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems through APIs, webhooks and backend services.Support voice use cases including authentication, call routing, self-service and human handover.Configure and optimise NLU/NLP, dialogue logic and agent behaviour.Leverage GenAI / LLMs, RAG and agent orchestration within conversational solutions.Test, monitor and troubleshoot production AI agents.Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders through implementation and rollout.ProfileStrong hands-on experience with Conversational AI, chatbots and/or voicebots.You have hands-on experience with Parloa / Parloa AMPStrong understanding of NLU/NLP and conversational design.Practical experience with Generative AI / LLM-based solutions.Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, backend systems and third-party applications.Strong development background, preferably with Python, JavaScript and/or Node.js.Experience delivering and supporting production-grade AI solutions.Ability to work autonomously and communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.Our offerWorking in a Great Place to Work based in LuxembourgAttractive salary and pretty cool benefits (meal vouchers, mobile subscription...)Develop your skills and ideas over a coffee, a beer or a pizza during our Neo'vationsEvolve within a strong company culture, you'll join us for the opportunity and you'll stay because we're super cool (well according to 98% of our employees NEOFACTO Annual Survey 2024)Between afterworks, innovative workshops and ski weekends, there's never a dull moment when you're part of the Neo'Squad
