Loya Scholar Program!This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about higher education, student success, leadership development, and creating transformative experiences for students.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Support and mentor talented scholars throughout their college journey.Lead scholar recruitment, onboarding, retention, and program development.Coordinate engaging events and high-impact learning experiences, including leadership development, internships, and study abroad opportunities.Build meaningful relationships with students, campus partners, and the broader UTEP community.Help scholars grow academically, personally, and professionally as they prepare for their futures.We are looking for a collaborative, organized, and motivated professional who is committed to helping students reach their full potential.
