Senior Corporate Finance & Treasury SpecialistReports to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Department: FinanceIndustry: Energy & TechnologyAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly strategic and well-connected Senior Corporate Finance & Treasury Specialist to lead our capital raising and funding initiatives. Operating within the capital-intensive energy and technology sectors, this role is critical for ensuring the company has the liquidity and financial backing required for its international operations and strategic growth.Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be the primary architect of our debt structure. You will be responsible for originating, negotiating, and securing bank facilities, managing relationships with external funding entities, and overseeing the group's overall treasury and liquidity strategy.:Key ResponsibilitiesBank Facilities & Debt StructuringLead the end-to-end process of securing corporate funding, including term loans, working capital facilities, trade finance lines, and project financing.Structure and negotiate credit agreements, term sheets, and facility documents to ensure optimal pricing, flexible covenants, and favorable terms.Monitor and manage the group’s debt portfolio, ensuring strict compliance with all financial covenants and reporting requirements to lenders.Relationship ManagementAct as the primary liaison between the company and funding entities, including local Saudi banks, international financial institutions, private credit funds, and institutional investors.Build and maintain a strong network of banking and investment contacts to continuously explore new avenues for capital.Prepare and present high-impact pitch decks, management presentations, and financing memorandums to prospective lenders and investors.Treasury & Liquidity ManagementOversee short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting for an international group with multiple entities.Manage foreign exchange (FX) exposure and interest rate risks, implementing hedging strategies where appropriate.Optimize the group's capital structure to balance the cost of capital with operational flexibility.Financial Modeling & StrategyBuild, maintain, and stress-test complex financial models to support funding requests and demonstrate debt capacity to funding partners.Collaborate closely with the Senior Accountant and accounting team to ensure financing activities are accurately reflected in the financial statements and cash flow projections.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. An MBA is highly preferred.Experience: 7+ years of dedicated experience in corporate finance, treasury, or investment banking, with a proven track record of independently closing corporate debt facilities.Funding Expertise: Deep understanding of debt capital markets, credit analysis, loan structuring, and covenant negotiation.Network: Established relationships with corporate banking divisions in Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC region.
Technical Skills
Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel) and the ability to build three-statement models from scratch.Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial strategies into clear narratives for lenders and executive leadership.Preferred (But Not Required)Professional designations such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
